- సహజం గా ఏ వంటకైనా ఇంగువ తో మంచి రుచి వస్తుంది. మామూలుగా దొరికే పొడి ఇంగువ కాకుండా ముద్ద ఇంగువ దొరుకుతుంది. అది వాడితే ఇంకా బాగా పప్పుకు రుచి పెరుగుతుంది.
- పప్పు ఉడికించుకునేటప్పుడు 3 విజిల్స్ కంటే ఎక్కువ వచ్చేంత వరకు ఉడికించుకోవద్దు. అలా అయితే పప్పు ముద్దగా మారుతుంది. కొద్దిగా పలుకుగా ఉంటేనే పప్పు బాగుంటుంది.
Carrot Pappu | Carrot Dal | రుచికరమైన క్యారెట్ పప్పు తయారీ విధానం
Ingredients
- 1 కప్పు కందిపప్పు
- 1 కప్పు తరిగిన క్యారెట్ ముక్కలు
- 2 tbsp నూనె
- ½ టీస్పూన్ కారం
- 5 వెల్లుల్లి రెబ్బలు
- ½ టీస్పూన్ పసుపు
- 1 టీస్పూన్ శెనగ పప్పు
- 1 టీస్పూన్ మినప గుండు
- 3 రెబ్బలు కరివేపాకు
- చిన్న కట్ట కొత్తి మీర
- 2 టీస్పూన్ తరిగిన పుదీన
- ½ టీస్పూన్ ఆవాలు
- ½ టీస్పూన్ జీలకర్ర
- 4 పచ్చిమిర్చి
- తగినంత ఉప్పు
Instructions
- ముందుగా కప్పు కంది పప్పు తీసుకొని స్టౌ పై పెనం పెట్టి గింజ మాడకుండా కొద్దిగా దోరగా వేయించాలి. ఇలా పప్పును ముందుగా వేయించి ఉడకపెట్టుకుంటే పప్పు రుచి మరింత బాగుంటుంది.
- వేయించిన పప్పును బాగా కడుక్కొని ప్రెజర్ కుక్కర్ లో వేసి తగినన్ని నీళ్ళు పోసి అందులో పచ్చి మిర్చి చీలికలు, పసుపు, కొద్దిగా కరివేపాకు, టమాటా ముక్కలు, క్యారెట్ ముక్కలు వేసి మూత పెట్టి ఒక మూడు విజిల్స్ వచ్చేంత వరకు ఉంచి దించి చల్లార్చుకోవాలి.
- పప్పు ను 3 విజిల్స్ వచ్చేంత వరకు మాత్రమే ఉండికించుకోవాలి. ఇంకా ఎక్కువ సేపు ఉడకనిస్తే పప్పు ముద్ద ముద్దగా అవుతుంది అని గుర్తుంచూకోవాలి.
- ఇప్పుడు స్టౌ పై ప్యాన్ పెట్టి జీల కర్ర, ఆవాలు, పచ్చి శనగ పప్పు, మినప గుండు వేసి కాస్త చిటపట లాడించాలి.
- తరువాత అందులో ఇంగువ, రెండు మూడు ఎండు మిర్చి, వెల్లుల్లి రెబ్బలు, రెండు రెబ్బల కరివేపాకు వేసి కాస్త వేగాక అందులో పసుపు వేసి పోపు బాగా వేయించాలి.ఏ వంటకైనా ఇంగువ ఇచ్చే రుచి వేరు పప్పు కు అయితే మరింత రుచి ఇస్తుంది అలా అని అందరికీ ఇంగువ అంతగా నచ్చదు ఇలా నచ్చని వారు వేసుకోక పోయిన పర్వలేధు.
- ఇప్పుడు వేయించుకున్న ఈ పోపులో ముందు గా క్యారెట్ ముక్కలు, టమాటా ముక్కలు వేసి ఉడికించుకున్న పప్పు ను ఇందులో వేసి కొద్దిగా కారం, ఉప్పు వేసి బాగా కలిపి ఒక 10 నిమిషాలు ఉడికించాలి.
- పప్పు కాస్త దగ్గర పడుతున్న సమయం లో కొత్తిమీర, పుదీనా తరుగు వేసి దించుకుంటే సరి ఎంతో రుచికరంగా ఉండేటువంటి క్యారెట్ పప్పు రెడీ.
